Herzlich Willkommen in der Schweiz, Spotify! Endlich.
After a long, long, long wait (at least for me) Spotify launched today in Switzerland. Finally my friends can see what I’m listening to while they’re on Facebook! Just kidding.
Seriously, though, this is great, because it’s not only a bridge to my friends back in the States; it’s also a way to get a quick overview of what is being listened to here… at least it will be. At this point, the popular artists for the world and Switzerland are pretty closely related, but I decided to take a screen cap to track this. Let’s check back later and see how things have changed.
Oh, and if you’re wondering why I took a shot of the top 15 (a seemingly logical, yet arbitrary, number), I’m particularly interested in where Stress (currently #14) ends up on the Swiss side of this list in about a week’s time.
